I first met Wolfgang (founder of ivories.ca) when I was recording a classical CD at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto. His tuning was so impressive that I booked him to do a variety of technical services on my 9ft. Steinway Concert Grand Piano. The work included tuning, voicing, regulation of the action and a full re-hammering of the piano. Afterwards, my piano played like new and had such a beautiful tone that I decided to use it to record my latest Chopin CD. Wolfgang works very quickly and has a meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great piano technician!

Had them out for a piano tuning of my baby grand, and they were professional and very good.He also noticed 2 other issues with the piano and recommended steps to remediate them, but was not pushy for the service to be done in their shop.Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

This man, Wolfgang, is the real deal. Pure skill and experience. He came the next day after I called. Fixed the issue quickly and was a pleasure to talk to. 1000% recommend his services. You can tell he has a strong passion for his work.
